Tenovi Web App Release Notes

2024-10-8

2024-9-26

New Features

  • When requesting new Devices, there is now a “Ship Gateway Only” option. This is designed for situations where a patient already owns a Tenovi Gateway-compatible device (e.g. a BPM), but you still need Tenovi to dropship a Gateway to the patient. For these requests, you will only be billed for the Gateway.
  • Client users now have the ability to view the “Multi-Client Users” that have access to their account. These are typically admin-level users that need to manage devices or integration settings across multiple accounts. These users are visible on the Client Users dashboard.

2024-9-16

New Features

  • Client Admins now have the ability to add Client Staff users with ReadOnly access permissions. Existing ClientStaff users can also be converted to ReadOnly access on the Client Users dashboard.

2024-9-11

IMPROVEMENTS

  • HWI Clients can now manually resend all Measurement Webhooks via the “View Measurement Data” popup on the Client Devices dashboard. (Previously, only Webhooks that returned 4XX or 5XX HTTP responses could be resent.)

2024-5-21

IMPROVEMENTS

  • RPM Clients can now request intermediate Billing Reports for the current month on the Facility Reports dashboard. They can also regenerate old reports if needed.
  • When creating Service Tickets, you can now specify a Patient Timezone to ensure our technical support team contacts the patient (if needed) at an appropriate local time.

System Update

To enhance your Tenovi Web App account security, we will introduce two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.

What is Two-Factor Authentication?

Two-factor authentication is a security measure that requires you to provide two forms of identification when logging in to your Tenovi account. In addition to your password, you will be prompted to enter a one-time code from a trusted device or app. This extra step helps ensure that only you can access your account, even if your password is compromised.

When is 2FA Being Implemented?

Two-factor authentication will become mandatory for all Tenovi users on June 3, 2024

Starting on this date, you must set up 2FA the next time you log in to your account. When setting up 2FA, you can use either an authenticator app or your cell phone number to receive the one-time code via text message.

How to Prepare:

  1. Download a trusted authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator) on your mobile device.
  2. Once 2FA is enabled on June 3, follow the prompts to set up 2FA using your authenticator app during the login process, choosing either the authenticator app or cell phone number option.

By implementing 2FA, we are taking proactive measures to safeguard your account and protect your sensitive information from potential security threats.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team at support@tenovi.com.

New Features

  • For HWI Clients, we have added new security features around HWI API Key creation. The primary email on your account will now receive an email every time a new HWI API Key is created. The user that created the key (for new keys) and the creation date (for all keys) is now also displayed on the Client Home dashboard.

2024-5-1

IMPROVEMENTS

  • We improved the layout of our Technical Support ticket view for readability and clarity.

2024-4-24

New Features

  • For all clients still in the Demo phase, we added a new onboarding checklist to the Client Home page so you can easily see the steps remaining before your account can go live. Some of the information can be filled in directly from the checklist, while others will be handled by the Tenovi team.
  • We added a new “Client Info” page to the top-right menu to allow you to view certain account information that was configured during the onboarding process. Please contact your account representative if any of the information needs to be changed.

2024-3-28

New Features

  • CSV Import for RPM Patients: For RPM Clients, you can now add patients to your facilities via a CSV import tool (up to 500 patients can be added per import).
  • One-Click Supply Ordering: For Clients with an ASR plan, there is now an “Order Supplies” action button on the Client Devices page that will auto-create a supply order form using the shipping address information from the Client Device. This can be used to order different cuff sizes for BPM devices or additional strips & lancets for glucometer devices. You can cancel any pending Supply Order before it is shipped from the Client Special Orders dashboard.

IMPROVEMENTS

  • You can now view Special Orders by pending vs. shipped on the Client Special Orders dashboard.
  • You can now include shipping notification emails in the HWI Device CSV import file for drop shipped devices.

2024-3-15

IMPROVEMENTS

  • RPM Clients can now view the number of patients with alerts for each Facility on the Client Home page.

2024-3-12

IMPROVEMENTS

  • Clients may now enter US Bank Accounts as valid Payment Methods on the Client Billing dashboard (powered by Stripe).
  • When paying outstanding invoices, clients now have the option to use an existing Payment Method on file, or to enter a One-Time Payment Method (powered by Stripe) that will be used only for the current transaction and not stored on file by Tenovi.

2024-2-21

IMPROVEMENTS

  • HWI Clients can now add Gateway IDs/IMEIs and Tracking Links immediately when creating new HWI Devices with the “Ship Ourselves” option from the Client Devices dashboard. Note that if a Tracking Link is included, a Gateway ID is required and the Client Device will immediately be marked as “Shipped.”

2024-1-31

IMPROVEMENTS

  • Clients now have the ability to add multiple payment methods to their account. Currently, only one payment method can be selected as the default that will be used for all automated invoice processing. However, you can switch the default payment method at any time.
  • Clients can now confirm or cancel any Fulfillment Requests that are flagged as duplicates by our system directly from the corresponding Service Ticket. Once an action is taken for all pending duplicate requests, the Service Ticket will automatically be marked as resolved.

2024-1-23

New Features

  • Clients can now request Bulk Orders directly on the Client Special Orders dashboard. Once you enter your order request, your account representative will approve the order and create a corresponding invoice based on your account terms before the items will be shipped.
  • Clients can now manually verify shipping addresses for Fulfillment Requests that fail our automated address verification process. Simply go to the Client Devices dashboard, click on the address for any Devices with invalid addresses, and click the “Verify Address” button on the form that pops up.
  • For HWI Clients, you can now resend any failed measurement webhooks. If a webhook returns a 40x or 50x HTTP response, a button will appear next to the affected measurements in the “View Measurement Data” popup on the Client Devices dashboard that will allow you to resend the webhook for that measurement. Note, the original Webhook Responses will not be updated with the new response codes.

IMPROVEMENTS

  • Clients can now view any credits that have been assigned to their account on the Client Billing page.

2024-1-11

New Features

  • For RPM clients, you can now sort patients by “Last Live Interaction” on the Facility Home page, which is based on when the last phone call was logged for that patient. Note that this column is hidden by default; click the columns icon on the top right of the table to show it.

IMPROVEMENTS

  • For RPM clients, there is now an asterisk (*) on the billing reports for any 99457 code if no live interaction was logged on our system for the relevant month.
  • For ASR clients with automated glucometer supplies ordering, you can now edit the shipping information for Connected Client Devices in order to update the address that new supplies will be automatically shipped to (for example, if a patient moves).
  • For HWI clients, the Webhook testing options now appear in a separate popup, allowing for repeated tests with fewer clicks.
  • Multi-Client Users can now add new Facilities to any RPM accounts that they manage.

2023-12-12

IMPROVEMENTS

  • We added a new “Returned” tab to the Client Devices dashboard to easily view devices that were returned to our warehouse for any reason.

2023-12-5

IMPROVEMENTS

  • Updated the automated emails when Support Requests are created/updated/resolved to include the Request # in the subject line. Please note the new format, in case you are using any inbox filtering logic for these emails.

2023-11-22

IMPROVEMENTS

  • When viewing device data from the Client Devices dashboard, the “created” timestamp is now included, which indicates the time at which a given measurement was received by our server (see tenovi.com/api-docs for more details on the “timestamp” vs “created” values).
  • For ASR Clients using automatic glucometer supplies ordering, you can now manually request additional glucometer supplies using a one-click button on the “View Supply Data” popup accessible from the Client Devices dashboard.

2023-09-20

IMPROVEMENTS

  • RPM Software customers can now edit the Gateway ID and/or Deactivate Devices for their RPM Patients directly from the Edit Patient page. Just click on the Device in the Device list to make changes.

Bugfix

  • When RPM Software customers un-enroll a Patient from an RPM program via the Edit Patient page, that Patient’s RPM Devices are deactivated as well, allowing them to be re-used with another Patient. If you re-enroll the Patient, you can re-activate their Devices on the Client Devices dashboard by re-entering the Gateway ID for that Device (you can find the original Gateway ID by clicking on the bar-graph icon on the right).

2023-09-18

New Features

  • Array-based Webhook POST: Measurement Webhooks can now be configured to POST related measurements (e.g. blood_pressure and pulse captured from a single BPM reading) as a single JSON array instead of individual requests.
  • Webhook Response Logging: For HWI clients, the Device Data popup (viewable by clicking the Bar Graph icon on the far right of the Client Devices dashboard for Connected devices) now shows the webhook response codes received for every measurement.

Improvements

  • The Client Devices CSV export now includes a new “unlinked_on” column that includes the date (if applicable) that a Gateway was unlinked from that device.
  • The Test Webhook button now displays a popup showing the HTTP responses from all enabled webhooks.
  • Users can now modify the device_name and metric fields included in the Test Webhook JSON data.
  • The Device Data popup now includes a list of any historical changes made to the Gateway ID for that particular device (e.g., if it was unlinked or the Gateway was replaced).
  • The Device Data popup now includes whitelisting information (if known) for the Gateway associated with that device.
