Tenovi, which provides the infrastructure behind remote monitoring programs, including connected health devices, cellular connectivity, data integration, fulfillment and support, has closed a $20 million Series B led by Black Granite Capital. The round closed October 16.

The Series B will extend the Tenovi platform to new disease states and expand the product and operations teams that support its partners.

Healthcare organizations rely on Tenovi as a single partner across each layer of their remote monitoring programs. Customers integrate once with Tenovi’s API to access its full catalog of more than 60 remote monitoring devices, covering patient populations from first heartbeat to aging in place. Standalone cellular devices send readings on their own, and Bluetooth devices connect through the Tenovi Cellular Gateway, which can link several devices for the same patient. Readings from every device arrive in one data feed on a SOC 2 compliant platform.

“We’re grateful to Black Granite Capital for backing our next stage of growth,” said Nizan Friedman, Ph.D., Co-Founder and CEO of Tenovi. “Our partners have built their remote monitoring programs on Tenovi, and this investment lets us give them even more to build on.”

Friedman and Daniel Zondervan, Ph.D., founded Tenovi in 2020. Since then, the company has grown to more than 400 partners and has shipped more than 500,000 devices to care teams across the United States, serving 319,000 patients. The Series B follows a $4.2 million Series A in 2023.
